Matthew O’Rourke
Matt is a public policy executive at Amazon Web Services. He has over 25 years’ experience in IT and telecommunications law and regulation across more than 60 countries.
He has Master’s level qualifications in competition law and business administration, and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Matthew is a grandson of Leo T. Tobin, one of the co-founders of Tobin Brothers.
