Ellen Tobin

Ellen is a Human Resources professional with over a decade of diverse industry experience in aged care, retail, and professional services. She has spent the past six years at EY (Ernst & Young) in the Talent Acquisition team. In her current role as Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, Ellen oversees recruitment-related compliance, team capability and training, change management, quality assurance, risk management, process optimisation, and continuous improvement.

Ellen completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources at Australian Catholic University in 2008 and holds professional membership with the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).

Ellen's previous volunteer experience includes working as an Assistant Food Trainer for The Good Foundation/Jamie’s Ministry of Food, and as an Event Organiser for Meetup, planning and leading hikes around Victoria.
