Christmas Remembrance Concert 2014

One of Tobin Brothers Funerals most eagerly awaited Celebrations of Life this year will be its Christmas Remembrance Concert at the Deakin Edge auditorium in Federation Square.

Designed to bring a little comfort to those mourning loved ones at Christmas, the Concert at 8pm on Thursday 18 December will again feature The Australian Children’s Choir.

Sharing the stage this year will be the Ringwood Secondary College Symphonic Band.

This free concert will also feature a special performance by the winner of the Victorian College of the Arts John Hopkins Award, and guest appearances by two of Australia’s favourite media personalities, Denis Walter and Karen Knowles.

Those attending are kindly asked to bring with them for Melbourne’s needy families, a small gift which will be distributed in the week before Christmas by the Salvation Army.

Because of the large number of people expected to attend the concert  it is  suggested you get there early to secure a seat.
